Alzheimer’s Support Group – Granite VNA offers caregiver support and educational programs for those caring for loved ones with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. WHAT IS IT?
A safe and supportive environment for those living with diabetes to create peer-to-peer connection and community.
Engaging with others to provide support, share knowledge and practical advice can greatly improve your quality of life and well-being.
This group is facilitated by our registered dietitians and social workers to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere.

Granite VNA offers grief support groups in Wolfeboro, Laconia and Concord.

Parkinsons Support Group – Second Monday of every month from 1 to 3 PM in the Medical Arts Education Center. This is a Huggins Hospital Support Group organized by hospital employees with informational speakers provided for most meetings.
