Huggins Hospital welcomes Kimberly Lofgren, APRN, to Wolfeboro Pediatrics
Huggins Hospital welcomes Kimberly Lofgren, APRN, to Wolfeboro Pediatrics. She joins Harley Heath, MD, Michael Matos, MD, FAAP and Deb Stone, PNP-C, PMHCS at the office located in Huggins Hospital’s Medical Arts Center.
As an added benefit to the community, the addition to the team allows Wolfeboro Pediatrics to extend hours to include Tuesday evenings until 8 PM and every other Saturday morning from 8 AM to 12:30 PM.
Kimberly is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and excited to be part of the team at Huggins Hospital. Kimberly grew up in the small New Hampshire town of Lyndeborough and that sense of community is one of the biggest reasons why she decided to settle down in Wolfeboro.
“I love the small-community feel,” said Lofgren, who has spent almost all of her professional career in Boston. “This really feels like a team where everybody supports one another.”
Kimberly has a special interest in pediatric cardiology. She is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and has more than 10 years of experience in the field. She earned a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions.
Kimberly and her fiancée recently bought a local farm and are planting their own roots in the community. When she is not seeing patients, Kimberly likes to spend time outdoors, enjoying all that the beautiful Eastern Lakes Region has to offer.
